Fulfillment Complete Notification

The Fulfillment Complete Notification integration allows Digital River to automatically notify one or more external entities when fulfillment for a configured company has completed. The Fulfillment Complete Notification real-time job usually kicks off just after a line item is fulfilled, with the following exception: Fulfillment Complete Notifications will not work for line items that have zero-fulfilled quantity.

For digital products, Fulfillment Complete Notification triggers per line item. The Fulfillment Complete Notification triggers after all line-items are completed. It will not trigger if the serial numbers are not immediately available for distribution (remote calls that failed or lists that were empty) as a line item will not change to a complete state.

For physical products, Fulfillment Complete Notification triggers per shipment notice line item. After receiving shipment notice for a line item, Fulfillment Complete Notification triggers for that line item for the quantity shipped in the current thread.

Note:

Do not use pricing from the Fulfillment Complete Notification for accounting purposes. For accounting purposes, please refer to ePen report.
